Vijay Machine Tools offers AC electric motors from the Elmaco group. These are manufactured in 3-phase, 415 V, 2-, 4-, 6- and 8-pole designs, ranging from 0.25 HP to 30 HP. Single phase motors in 2- and 4-pole designs ranging from 0.25 HP to 1.5 HP are also manufactured. Electrical windings are specially insulated and impregnated with high grade insulating varnish to withstand moist and tropical climates. Special motors suitable for different voltage supply or frequency are available. The motors conform to BIS 325 standards.
