Arcee Automation manufactures compact low voltage motor controls that are available as PCB modules, or with controls and power supply in a cabinet.These are used in printed armature of conventional motors, and high voltage thyristor drives for PMDC or shunt wound motors up to 1/4 HP. They are suitable for speed control or low-resolution position control applications, and support options such as tach feedback, braking and reversal. These MOSFET switching drives are available in various models with thyristor and MOSFET 22 kHz drive types.The input power of these types ranges from 24 to 220 V AC, whereas the output power ranges from 24 V 5 A to 180 V 1A. The feedback of these controls is by means of voltage with IR compensation or optional Tach 30 V maximum and the protection is of fuse protection type on cabinet models. The control signal is through potentiometer or 0 to 10 V signal with minimum speed, maximum speed and current limit controls.
