Mehala Machines India has introduced the 'Orbito' range of energy efficient motors, ideally suitable for all industrial applications, adopting latest world class technology and meeting the current national and international quality and standards. These energy efficient AC squirrel cage induction motors have the latest technology, built-in quality, light weight, aesthetically appealing, reliable with best performance and tested and certified as per latest Indian and international standards. The motors conform to the latest BIS and IEEMA-19 and equivalent American (E-Pact) and European Standards of Eff1 and Eff2. User can save substantially in energy consumption charges. These motors are suitable for many applications, specially for machine tools, compressors and pumps. Conformance to international specifications and matching the best available in the world market make them ideally suitable for import substitution and for exports. Noise levels and vibrations are kept lower than the permissible limits. Motors are class 'F' insulated and temperature rise limited to class 'B' limits and hence the motors are designed with built in service factor of 1.1 to 1.15. Approvals and markings: `Orbito? energy efficient motors have CE (Europe) and CSA (US, Canada) markings and with energy efficiency verification besides ISI marking. Salient features: EC grade copper die-cast rotors; vacuum pressure impregnation for stator windings besides strengthening the insulation helps effective heat transfer and a cooler motor; in the process motor winding are capable of withstanding higher vibration levels and frequent switching cooler motor provides additional safety margin against momentary and sustained over loads during operation; die-cast aluminium body up to frame sizes 90L and CI body for other frame sizes with integral cooling fins; and all end covers are of CI; motors provided with high quality double side sealed deep groove ball bearings.
