Gear Motor for Vending Machine

Rexnord Electronics & Controls, an ISO 9001-2000 certified company, is a manufacturer of condenser cooling and evaporator motors, in collaboration with Micron A Engg Co, Korea. The products are UL, CE approved and certified. The company is now introducing a new product - a gear motor that can be used for dispensing system in vending machine. These AC gear motors are available for the standard voltage 230 V and for the frequency 50 to 60 Hz. Each motor is fitted with a thermal cut out rated 130?C. The motor can be operating with a standard duty cyde7 sec On/8 sec Off at a temperature 0 to 60?C. These motors, made from die cast aluminium, operate without recurring maintenance. They feature high quality gearing and oil impregnated sintered bronze sleeve bearings. These are designed and tested as per UL standard 1004 for general construction features (PRGY2 RGYB) and UL 547. Prior to every shipment, die-electric withstand testing, insulation testing and functional testing is conducted.
