Electric Motors

Keesan brand electric motors are manufactured in the range of 200/230 V single-phase, 400/440 V three-phase two-speed in Class A and E, TEFC type and DP type in 0.125 HP to 20 HP, in 1,000 RPM, 1,500 RPM and in 3,000 RPM. Insulation in Class E/B or F will be on request. These are totally enclosed fan cooled, for continuous (S1) duty, with IP 44 protection. These motors are available in various types of construction such as horizontal foot mounted, flange mounted and foot cum flange mounted types. Pressure die cast aluminium rotors are dynamically balanced for vibration-free operation. The starter core is built up of dynamo grade, low loss silicone steel lamination. The starter winding consists of polyester base copper wire to give high conductivity and is impregnated with synthetic resins to attain dielectric properties. Double side shielded bearing is of up to 90 frame. Each motor is individually tested at every stage and undergoes strict control before despatch. These motors are suitable for pumps, machine tools, textile machinery, compressors and fans.
