Sharp Trendys produces electric motors in various types of construction such as horizontal foot mounted, flange mounted and foot cum flange mounted types. The castings of body frame, end shields and bearing shields of the motor is made out of quality graded grey iron castings that assure a long life performance. With the use of advanced engineering techniques and materials the product meets the exact requirements of modern industries with increased focus on optimum performance and reliability. The body has been provided with a number of parallel ribs to ensure ruggedness and better heat dissipation. Applications: Industrial applications such as pumps, machine tools, textile, compressors and fans. Technical specifications: Range: 0.09 KW (0.12 HP) to 15 KW (20 HP). Speed: 750/1000/1500/3000 RPM. Frames: 63 to 160 L. Insulations: class E/B (class ?F? on request) Supply: 415 V, 50 Hz. Enclosure: totally enclosed fan cooled. Duty: Continuous (S1). Protection: IP 44 (IP 54 or IP 55 on request) Features: Dynamically balanced pressure die cast aluminium rotors. Stator core built of dynamo grade, low loss silicon steel laminations. Stator winding consists of polyester base copper wire to ensure high conductivity. Double side shielded bearing up to 100 frames.
