Electric Motors

Elcen Machines offers Electric Motors in 3-phase version up to 30 HP, and single phase version up to 3 HP. The types include: frequency inverter duty motors, geared motors, brake motors, torque motors, duel speed motors, crane duty motors, hollow shaft motors, cooling tower motors, and motors with any combination of electrical and mechanical parameters (custom built motors). Features: duty standard motors are manufactured for continuous duty (SI); how ever motors for specific duty cycle (from S2 to 56) are also available on demand; 3-phase standard motors are manufactured for 415 V ?6%, 50 Hz ?3% supply; motors for other supply, i.e., 220/380 V, 50/60 Hz are available on request; single phase standard motors are manufactured for 220/230 V, 50 Hz supply; motors for other supply, i.e., 220/380 V, 50/60 Hz are also available; all the motors are painted with epoxy based with gray (631) shade; all motors are provided with Class "B" insulation, with Class "F" and "H" available on request; 3-phase standard motors have IP44 degree of protection, on request IP 54, IP 55 and IP 56 are available. Other salient features: terminal box can be rotated in step of 90?; noise level and vibration leave are within the tolerance specified; all rotating parts are dynamically balanced; liberally designed grease lubricated bearings. Standards followed: 3-phase standard motors IS 325: 1996; single phase standard motors IS 996: 1979; dimensions - foot mounting IS 1231: 1974; flange mounting IS 2223:1971; vibration IS 12075: 1987; and noise level IS 12065:1987.
