Electric Motor Protector

Sonomat introduces a simple, small, motor protector device that prevents burning of electric motors of any size and type. The device simply works like a thermal switch, which is pasted anywhere on the body of the motor, or can also be inserted inside the motor winding. As soon as the motor gets heated up, this thermal switch which is fitted in series with the stop button of the motor starter, simply opens the switch due to undue rise of the temperature of the motor, caused by any fault. Thus, the power to the electric motor is automatically disconnected, whenever the electric motor temperature rises or crosses the safe limits, making it impossible to burn the motor. It thus saves the down time as well as rewinding costs.
