Maxon Precision Motor India offers DC motors with moving coil rotor and high performance permanent magnets. The company’s DC motor programs may be distinguished as follows: 1. RE-Program – Ø 6-75 mm; 0.3-250 Watts; and highest performance by using Neodymium- (NdFeB) magnets; 2. S-Program – Ø 22-32 mm; 6-15 Watts; AlNiCo magnets; and flexible program with many versions; 3. A-Program – Ø 15 and 20 mm; 0.8 and 1.2 Watts; AlNiCo magnets; and designed for optimum manufacturing efficiency the A-Program offers many of the advantages of the S-Program at lower cost; and 4. F-Program – Ø 30-60 mm; 2.5-80 Watts; ferrite magnets; and often a very interesting price/performance ratio, in spite of the higher volume-to-power relationship. Motor characteristics: mechanical commutation (graphite or precious metal brushes); excellent volume/performance ratio; highest efficiency; low inductance; no magnetic cogging; high acceleration thanks to a low mass inertia; low electromagnetic interference; linear characteristics; high reliability; and multiple combination possibilities with gears, feedback devices and control electronics.
