Leo Engineering Company offers Leo brand DC motors. These are specially designed for speed variation by armature-control at constant torque for continuous operation with robust, dependable and efficient workmanship. They incorporate the latest technology. This ensures safe and trouble free operation under most critical condition. The standard motor range comprises of shunt, series and compound winding type generally 230 V DC supply given in armature and field, up to motor of 0.37 kW to 2.2 kW, while 440/230 V DC are available above 2.2 kW. These motors conform generally as per IS 4722 and BS 2613/1970 standards. Temperature rise is well within 45?C (ambient). Technical specifications: output rating motor are available with 0.37 Kw (1/2HP) to 20 Kw (25 HP) in 1500 RPM. Supply voltage: (1) up to 2.2 kW (3 HP); armature and field voltage 230 volts DC; 2) above 2.2 kW - armature and field voltage - 440/230 V DC.
