Brake Motors

Laxmi Hydraulics Pvt Ltd, an ISO 9001 company, offers Lhp brand induction motors, brake motors, crane duty motors, dual speed motors, and special motors built to customers' requirements. The induction motors are available in ratings up to 40 HP for 1,440 and 2,880 RPM; up to 30 HP for 960 RPM; and up to 20 HP for 720 RPM. The induction motors are designed as per IS and international standards, and can be supplied for various mountings, enclosures, special voltages/frequencies. Brake motors are used for various applications where instantaneous stop/start is required, like textile machinery, rolling mills, printing machines, cranes and hoists, materials handling equipment, geared motors, machine tools, etc. Brake motors range from 0.25 HP to 25 HP (63 to 160 frame) with braking torque 0.4 kgm to 24 kgm. The operation of brake is fail safe type. The DC supply is available to brake coils from the rectifier provided. Apart from 190 V DC rectifier 24 V, 96 V and other standard voltage DC rectifiers can be supplied for special applications. The company also offers flame-proof motors which are useful in hazardous and chemical industries.
