BLDC Motor with Controller

BLDC Motors are DC motors without brush and commutator combination and the commutation is achieved by electronic switching. These motors offer various advantages over conventional DC motors viz. maintenance & trouble free operation, compact size, lightweight, higher efficiencies, long life, low cost etc. These motors have windings on stator and magnets on rotor. The international quality motors ranges from 0.02 to 10 KW, speed ranging from 200 rpm to 12000 rpm and voltages from 12 V to 220 V DC. These motors are made in frame sizes 23, 34, 36, 58, and 67. BLDC drives (controllers) form the integral part of the package with these motors and are offered to suit the above motors. The input of the drives can be DC source like battery or AC mains supply. The motor can be supplied with inbuilt drive or external mounting.
