AC Squirrel Cage Induction Motors

Mehala Machines offers AC Squirrel Cage Induction Motors. It is highly energy efficient. It is used for industrial and other applications. Motors with efficiency levels of EFF1 and EFF2 are offered. Orbito motors (63 to 160L frames and 2, 4, 6, 8-pole) are extremely rugged and are designed for 415 V ±10%, 50 Hz ±5%, combined variation ±10%, duty S1, ambient 45°C, Class "F" insulation, degree of protection IP55, service factor 1.1 and TEFC. They are offered with foot, flange and face mounting as per requirement and motors can also be made available for any supply voltage and frequency. These motors are manufactured under strict quality control and are incorporating the latest world technologies to ensure optimum performance and reliability. The salient features are: conform to current international and Indian energy efficiency standards like CEMEP, CSA, IEEMA and BIS; copper die cast rotors (CDCR); energy efficiency verification certificate; CE, CSA and ISI marking for motor; vacuum pressure impregnation for the stator windings; temperature rise limited to Class "B" level; and energy conservation through energy efficiency.
