AC Shaded Pole Geared Motor

The AC Shaded Pole Gear Motor is high quality and compact all purpose geared motor. This is designed and built to meet the strictest performance demands for long life, and trouble-free applications, for original equipment manufacturers. Gearboxes are assembled to 2 pole, shaded pole AC motor ranging from 12 to 240 V AC, 50 Hz. Various output fixed speeds are available from 5 to 120 RPM. First stage with self-lubricating gear helps to minimise noise level. Hardened alloy steel wide space gear is for higher torque requirement. Perfect, aligned and matched gears on ground pins are assembled in aluminium die-cast housing. Designed for continuous rating with the help of a separate motor cooling arrangement. Rich inspection at all stages of manufacturing this geared motor ensures original equipment's long life operation.
