Neri Machine Tools offers AC Servo Drives and Motors, Ball Screws and LM Guideways. There are 4 models: NE-01T, NE-98T, NE-97M and NE-310M from 1-4 axis suitable for turning centres, conventional lathes, milling machine, machining centre and automation. These CNC systems are highly cost effective and performance matching to any other reputed brands. SPM-3500 is a new all-digital AC servo drive, independently researched and developed by the company, with specialised digital signal processing, and field programmable gate array intelligent power module as the newest technology. It is highly integrated and small in size, suitable for high precision CNC machines, automated production lines and manufacturing machinery such as in the field of industrial automation control. It supports automatic half current function of motors in static status, which can reduce heat dissipation of the motors. The AC servo drive principal is used providing AC servo rotation characteristics and three phase sine wave current output. The internal drive voltage reaches 50/60 V which can provide better high speed.
