AC Induction Motor Drive

The AC Induction Motor Drive consists of single PCB in open/closed execution IGBT module, which is mounted on head sink for proper ventilation power and control terminals are placed on opposite sides with label indications for connections. Dipswitches are provided for setting acceleration DC acceleration, selecting, and frequency range with different level of current selection. Mounting holes are provided for mounting the drive PCB in case of open frame and wall mounting for closed frame. The drive is free from vibration and gives sufficient ventilation and fan cooling for 1 HP and above. All the components are free from dust, oil and damage in case of open frame. Frequency range can be up to 120 Hz. The drive up to 3 HP has in-built size of 25 mm size. Indications are given for process, overload, direction and power on. Protections like thermostat is provided for inrush current during start up. In case of short circuit, output drive trips, and overload maximum in continuous cut off is set at 4 A. Circuit diagram is separately provided for easy connection.
