Rolex Enterprise offers Rajlaxmi brand Bench Grinders, Electric motors, coolant pumps, bench grinders cum polishers, bench polishers and flexible shaft grinders. These are manufactured by using the latest technology and are subject to rigid quality controls at each stage of manufacturing. The construction is sturdy and robust to offer vibration free performance. Constructional features: all components are precisely machined and assembled to ensure smooth running, interchangeability of parts and life-long trouble free service; body made of high grade cast iron, normalised to ensure strength and rigidity, consistent with neat and pleasing appearance; the stator and rotor cores consist of thin lamination of high quality silicon steel, insulated from one another to reduce the core losses to a minimum; high grade super-enamelled-wire is used in stator windings which are thoroughly dried and impregnated with insulating varnish and backed to assure good insulation; shafts are of high grade mild steel machined to close tolerances and is ground accurately for the bearings to be mounted; the spindle is of high-grade steel and is mounted on deep grooved ball bearings of ample load capacity; bearings inserted are of high quality, the ball bearings are greased and sealed adequately against ingress of abrasive dust; each machine is provided with rotary switch mounted on the base for operating the motor; wheel guards are provided on bench grinders with end caves; and all polishers are equipped with reverse threaded spindles to take buffing mops. All products are guaranteed against manufacturing defect for a period of one year.
