SUB MICRO DRIVE, TCF SERIES

V3 Controls offers Sub-Micro Drives, TCF Series. It is a sensor less vector AC drive delivering torque as required. It will control the motor down to 1 Hz at full output torque. It can provide up to 200% motor rated torque, when torque is really needed for impact loading or acceleration. This automation product is designed for easy integration into the control panel. It is packaged and priced like a motor starter with the control capabilities of drives twice the size. General specifications: horsepower - 0.5 to 10 HP (0.37 to 7.5 kW); supply power - single phase 208, 220 or 240 V AC, 3-phase - 208, 240, 400, 480 or 590 V AC 50/ 60 Hz; it is designed for operation vector duty rated induction motors rated for 200, 230, 400, 460 or 575 V AC from 0 to 240 Hz; and enclosure - IP20 with finger safe terminals. Standard features: easy set-up and operation in one of four convenient ways - from the front of the drive, optional remote keypad, a PC using TechLink software or EPM programmer; and modes of operation - constant torque V/ Hz, variable torque V/ Hz, sensor less vector - speed mode or sensor less vector - torque mode. Variable frequency AC motor drives ranging from fractional to several hundred HP are also available.
