Stepper Drives

PMP Elec offers Stepper Drives. These are designed for unipolar and bipolar stepper motors. These drives can be directly controlled by external signal from PLC in stand-alone mode. These drives can be used with any make of stepper motor. Salient features: single AC/DC power supply; output current up to 8 A/phase; up to 6400 steps/rev with 1.8° bi- polar motor/ up to 3200 steps/rev with 1.8° uni-polar motor; selection of operating current through DIP switch; auto current reduction during standby; optically isolated inputs for pulse, direction and enable; tacho output for RPM display over/under voltage, SC, over temperature protection and open card execution type.
