Modular Compact Drive For LT & CT

Anupam compact drive for LT & CT applications is standardized with a wide range of motor frame sizes, gear sizes and ratios, which cover the complete range of the cranes under production as well as covering customised requirements. Anupam compact drive is equipped with a brake motor and gear reducer with features like reducers: gears manufactured from certified steel, heat treated to a case hardness of 58-62 rockwell C for longer gear life; finished ground or shaved gear teeth to assure maximum mechanical efficiency (1% - ?% loss/gear stage), minimum noise and heat generation; double output seal design consisting of patented bi-helix inner seal made of Viton and double-lip nitrile (Buna-N) outer seal; gear cases made of high-strength grey cast iron. SAE class 30, F27 and smaller are made of high-strength, pressure cast aluminium. Brake motor: inverter duty; quick disconnect IS terminal box option for fast motor replacement; connection terminals; extremely low motor inertia and CE mark/UL mark for export.
