Its arrangement enables to facilitate micro settings of speed where small change of speed setting is important for synchronization of process sequences. Its mechanism permits settings even when the drive is in operation and machine is in running condition. The scale on the drive provides setting records for repeat operations for future needs or different batch requirements. The position locking of the scale is automatic due to inherent design features. The scale covers full range of variation from no speed to maximum speed, that is from 0 to 400 RPM.
