Integrated Drive Systems offers Integrated Drive. This is an integrated space saving system consisting of two-phase asynchronous brush-less motor with closed loop, a full digital servo drive, and incremental encoder and Fieldbus. The advantage of the servodrive (closed loop) technology is thermal dissipation, current on demand, no resonance problem, low noise, performances with low cost. ISD is available in a wide range of holding torque from 3 Nm to 12 Nm. In addition to standard functionality modes such as speed, position, torque control, ISD also has gearing, electronic cams and interpolation mode. ISD is available in either - CANOpen (DS402), Profibus-DP, ModBus RS485, Step/dir, ±10 V with encoder-simulated output.
