Bettinelli Automation Components Pvt Ltd offers a range of Indexing and Oscillating Drives (parallel shaft style) – indexing, oscillating and reciprocating drives. The IP Series Group comprises: IP 80, IP 130 and IP165 Plus Glr. The IP series of mechanical drives utilise a precision paradromic cam set and solid cam follower technology. This design provides a parallel shaft input to output arrangement. The paradromic cam set lends itself to applications which require high torque, high speed indexing or oscillating motions. This particular series of drives is ideal for continuous indexing applications where the input shaft can remain rotating while the output will rotate or oscillate intermittently. The IP series features a robust output bearing making it perfect for high torque applications with high radial load. Typical applications include: indexing of belt and chain conveyors, sheet feeding and stacking in printing machinery, high speed rotary indexing, high speed punch press applications and mechanical linkage devices for tamping, pressing, probing, inserting, etc.
