These are operated by electro-magnetic induction without any physical contact thus being wear-free. Powermag eddy current adjustable speed drive offer a wide operating stepless speed range (1200 to 120 RPM) .The prime mover (motor) starts always at off load which reduces mains peak demands and deliver high starting torque at any speed range.
