Cole-Parmer India offers Digital Process Drives. These drives are available with flow totaliser, as part of its solutions for transferring, dispensing and metering in wash down environments. The completely sealed 316 stainless steel Masterflex process drive is IP66 and NEMA 4x-rated to protect against dust, water and chemicals. The five-digit LED display shows motor rpm, dispense volume, cumulative volume, and dispense interval time and copy number. These drives are ideal for fluid transfer, dispensing, and metering applications in laboratory, process and wash down environments - including pharmaceutical, food and beverage, chemical and water treatment. The reversible, maintenance-free brushless drive has a remote control facility allowing easy integration into automated processes. These continuous-duty pumps can achieve flow rates from 0.1 ml/min to 17 LPM per channel and can dispense volumes from 0.001 ml to 26,529 L using different pump configurations.
