Dc Drive Modules

Anupam Electronics offers high efficiency DC Drive Modules, DCD4P and DCD6P, for speed and tension control. These are full wave bridge drives designed for high speed applications. High efficiency (98%), unity form factor and low ripple factor (4.2%) make them a unique solution resulting in power savings, low motor maintenance and improved performance. Important features: Soft start/stop with settable time for acceleration and deceleration; Armature Feed-back Module (AEM) for armature feed-back as an alternative to tacho feed-back; Speed control from simple 0-100% configuration to a load sensing module (LSM) that allows to set the RPM as per process requirement; Synchronisation of speed either as parallel or master/slave loop operation; Tension control by using tension control module (TCM) in order to maintain constant tension; Reverse/forward and inching control; External control signal; and, protection against overload, under/over voltage, phase loss, field loss, etc. Areas of use are all applications requiring constant speed, synchronisation and constant tension. Typical uses are in extrusion lines, winder/unwinder applications, printing machines, material movement and conveyors, blow moulding machines, flow control applications, etc.
