ANALOGUE DC DRIVES

Kat Controls offers Analogue DC Drives. It is highly reliable. It offers high performance. It is durable. Features: modular construction for easy maintenance and ready for mounting inside a panel; both armature voltage and tacho feedback available as site selectable options; IR compensation for armature voltage feedback; fault status indication by LEDs; built in test points for maintenance; and control through external process variable/ reference signal like 4 to 20 mA, 0 to 10 V DC possible. Optional features: panel enclosure necessary protections, switchgears, indications and controls; fast acting semiconductor fuses for thyristor protection; AC line chokes for protection against sharp current surges; dynamic braking kit for quick motor stop; non regenerative motor reversal kit; field weakening kit for constant HP application; synchronising facility; fault annunciation kit; remote control desks and pendants; and additional metering and indications. Control panels and systems: multi motor systems processing line synchronisation; provided with necessary protections, switchgears, indications and controls, metering; internally wired to the components and terminal blocks with proper identifications; all cables, wires and busbars of proper grade and of copper conductors; enclosure with proper class of protection; proper use of space for quick and easy maintenance; and floor mounting type enclosure.
