This is a high performance field oriented control AC drive: output frequency – 0~600 Hz; 4-point adjustable V/f curve; sensorless vector control; field-oriented control; position/speed/torque control mode; sensorless vector control 150% torque at 0.5 Hz; up to 150% start torque at 0.5 Hz when using in sensorless vector control; overload – 150% for 1 minute and 200% for 2 seconds, dynamic/static auto-tuning for motor parameters and auto-tuning for load inertia; excellence torque limit in all 4 quadrants operation; and dual RS-485 port, Fieldbus and PC software tools for applications. Features: built-in tension reel control, built-in spindle positioning for tool changing, compatible with high-speed spindle, energy-saving for injection machine with servo pump system, and provides pulse and analog command tracing for rigid tapping.
