The Gyro Screens works on the principal of the gyratory motion, so its called gyro screen. It is also called circular vibrating screen. Vibratory motion is the most effective method for screening. Vibro screen are driven by special type of vertically mounted vibrating electric motor, having eccentric at the upper & lower end of the shaft. Rotation of out of balance top weight causes vibration in horizontal plane, the rotation of lower weight causes vibration in vertical plane The heart of the screen is its special heavy duty vibrating motor, having out of balance weight at top & bottom.

- The material to be screened is feed from top and collected from different outlet of different decks.
