Creamed Engineers offers Vibratory Finishing Machines, Bowl Model, in two basic (CM and CN series) designs and seven standard sizes to meet unique applications of various customers. CN series machines have an additional advantage of unloading the components automatically after process by actuating a pneumatically operated separation system. The screen used in the separation mechanism can be changed/replaced without any special calibre or any special tools. All electrical switchgear items including enclosure are of reputed make and all types of safety switches are provided in the control panel. The entire machine is located on anti-vibration pads, due to which, the vibration will not get transferred to the ground. Motor bolts are of high tensile and all other fasteners are either high tensile/stainless steel.
- Heavy-duty flange type vibratory motor with adjustable amplitude for fast and effective process
- Hot poured polyurethane lining with 12-16 mm average thickness and the hardness approximately 75-80 shore A for long life
- The solid raw-materials and quality standard procedure of fabrication ensures withstanding consistent vibratory forces for many years
- The bowls are duly stress relieved and sand blasted during manufacturing to increase the life as well as aesthetic quality for long life
- The springs are specially designed to withstand heavy load; and
- These springs are located in such a manner which facilitates an even spiral and rotary motion of the component and media in the bowl
