Raj Magnetic Industries offers Vibratory Feeders. It is available in various shapes and sizes of trough according to the requirements. It is available in various shapes and sizes of trays and tubes (trough) according to the requirements up to 1000 TPH capacity. Electro-magnetic vibratory feeders are operated through rectifiers panel with a provision to change feed-rate by setting amplitude of vibrations. In motorised vibratory feeders, linear vibratory action is provided with the help of unbalance, vibratory motors. Amplitude of vibrations can be set by adjusting position of counters weight as per requirement. RMI vibratory feeders are widely used in processing industries from storage to processing at a continuous as well as batch feeding controlled flow-rate of material such as lumpy-hot-dusty or abrasive for crushing, screening, washing, heating, drying, dusting, cooling, spreading, batching, mixing, weighing, blending, packaging, scalping and proportioning, etc.
