VIBRATORY BOWLS

E+P Magnetics offers Vibratory Bowls. Rotational vibratory motion created by the motor and eccentric weights at high frequency is transmitted to the processing bowl and its contents (parts, media and compound) with the net effect of the media scrubbing the parts to deburr or polish, and finish. Features: high-tech vibratory bowl machines for the surface finishing of all types of components; manufactured using state-of-the-art technology to produce incredibly resilient and ultra durable work chambers and bases; special sizes are to be made and design in all models as per customer"s requirements; and bowl lining would be either PBR or hot cast PU. Product range also includes Finishing machines: centrifugal vibrating finishing machine: octagonal shaped fixed or moving barrels are rotating in certain speed and high centrifugal force is generated, suitable for small and critical components; tub vibrators suitable for longer length components; dome shaped vibrators suitable for thin shaped components; magnetic finishers suitable for jewellery; and vibratory dryers, suitable for drying of components after finishing process.
