Vibratory Bowl Feeder

Poola Engineers offers an efficient, economical vibratory bowl feeder. It is designed to feed the components in a desired orientation for further processes or assembling or packing activities. It can be incorporated into a second operation feeder for total automation. The feeder has spiral tracks with sound-proof lining which eliminates noise, jamming, blocking and damaging the components inside the bowl. It is also used for sorting out components based on sizes or shapes, removing metallic particles from nonmetallic powders like plastic granules, food grains, etc. It works on 230 V AC, with a regulator to control the feed rate of components. The size of the bowl varies from 150 mm to 850 mm in dia.
