Citann Engineers offers Vibrating Screen. This is designed for wet and dry operation that gives outstanding service in product sizing, degritting, medium recovery, and trash removal and desliming applications. This makes use of vibratory motors for the drive mechanism. This results in several advantages including simplicity, compactness, and reduced maintenance and installation costs. By mounting the entire drive mechanism on the screen, many accessories are made redundant such as: external drive motor, motor support, V belts, shaft drive components, etc. Screen sizes range from 300 x 900 mm to 3000 x 9000 mm in single double and triple deck configurations. The deck materials include wire mesh, polyurethane, perforated plate, etc. Salient features: versatile all round application, extremely efficient for screening of wet and dry sand, gravel, crushed stone, ores, minerals, etc; simple efficient vibrating motor for drive mechanism; compactness - less area required for installation and no external drives; and rugged construction. The company also offers a range of inclined screens to suit specific requirements. This screen can be made to various configurations, number of decks and screen sizes.
