Vibratory Powder Mixer

Good Earth Engineering Industries offer Vibratory Powder Mixer, Vibrant, manufactured with indigenous technology. This machine is versatile and widely used for mixing industrial products in small batches. The Vibratory Powder Mixer does not use any rotating components in the mixing chamber but is fitted with a special vibrating motor generating vibrations, which are transmitted to the material to be mixed. The mixer is available in different batch sizes: 50, 20 and 5 kg. Powder mixers can be used in the laboratory and 50 and 100 kg sand/powder mixer can be used as production machine. Following are the advantages compared with conventional machines: high mixing speed; no moving part in mixing chamber; minimum wear and almost no maintenance; easy to remove chamber, simple and rapid cleaning; no powder loss; compact design allows the mixer to be installed directly above the consumer; bottom outlet provided with simple lever mechanism drain out the mixer completely; due to small batched and short cycled, the consumer always get fresh mixed material; less power consumption compared to other processes; and available for 5, 20, 50 and 100 kg batches.
