VIBRATORY BOWL FEEDERS

Hindustan Automation offers Vibratory Bowl Feeders. It is used for applications in automotive, mechanical, pharmaceutical, cosmetics electricals, electronics, fasteners, optical, foundries, glass, chemicals, fertilizers, battery, bearings and plastics industries. The bowls have many distinct tooling features and the most important factors to consider when selecting the best type of bowl for any particular application is by determining the component size, its configuration, i.e., to determine the bowl tracks varying in width and shape to accommodate different types of components, component abrasiveness, condition of the component when handled and required feed rate and bowl direction, i.e., (clockwise or anticlockwise). These inherent features of the bowl are of great assistance, when bowl tooling is being developed to fulfil a specific tooling application. Other features: bowl material - stainless steel, cast aluminium; bowl surface finish/ lining - matt finish, mirror finish, Teflon coating, rubber lining; feeder drive unit - all drive units are correctly engineered to give stable performance at high speed with minimum maintenance; totally encapsulated type coils with adequate power for particular models, are used; and an easily removable safety guard/ cover giving easy access is provided for the drive unit. HA electromagnetic vibratory bowl feeders are available in cylindrical, stepped and conical versions.
