Vibrating Screens

Vibrating Screens are made of rigid screen frame of rolled sections having variable angle of inclination supported by a system of helical springs fitted with one or several screening surfaces. The vibrating mechanism located near the centre of gravity consists of an out of balance shaft mounted on spherical roller-bearings at the ends of which are keyed the drive flywheel pulleys, which can be fitted with adjustable weights for balance control. The design of the screen-frame which excludes all welding on the sheets in order to eliminate residual tensions, represent an important improvement.
