Vibrating Machine (Cement Mortar Cube Vibrator)

Biological Enterprises provide highly efficient Vibrating Machine which is known for its mortar strength evaluation and is appropriate for making cubes of 70.6 mm. In this machine the mould is mounted on the vibrating platform with having frequency of 12,000 ± 400 vibrations per minute. The entire assembly is operated by the revolving shaft with eccentric mechanism and the platform is attached with four matched springs. In this machine is offered with complete with time switch and has a 70.6 mm steel cube mould base with the base plate. Furthermore, it is fabricated in accordance with as per IS: 4031 norms and standards.
