EZ Vibrating Feeders with electromagnetic drives are effective and economical for any bulk material handling application. Advantages of EZ electromagnetic feeders include reliable and economical operation, durable construction and well-proven technology of ERKA OY of Finland. They are ideal for feeding applications. The vibration amplitude is adjusted by changing the voltage on the vibrator electromagnet terminals. The voltage change is effected by means of a potentiometer located in the supply rectifier panel. Specifications: EZ offers two types of vibrating feeder, i.e., base mounted and suspension type. Supply: 220 V/50 Hz single phase supply; protection – IP-54/65; vibration frequencies – up to 3000 per min; and power – 0.2 kVA – 6 kVA.
