Turbine Vibrator (Pneumatic)

San Air Tools have developed a turbine vibrator, Model TV-7200. At 6 kg/cm2 (85 PSI), it develops 7,200 vibrations per minute. It can operate in any position and is lubricated for life. Variable vibration frequencies can be obtained by varying the air supply. The TV-7200 vibrator has a built-in muffler for silent operation, and is ideal for rough applications. The approximate force developed is 1,200 Nm and can be used on hoppers/bins carrying 2,500 kg of materials. The weight of the unit is 1.4 kg, air inlet <"BSP. Its applications are in packing lines in food industry, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, mines, machine tools and wherever unjamming of materials in material conveying systems is required.
