Rotary Vibrator

The Rotary Vibrator which is also known as unbalanced weight motor or vibratory motor is very useful in mechanical handling equipment which is used in almost all the industries such as chemical, pharmaceutical, cement, fertilizer, paper, etc. This vibrator helps to convey, loosen, mix, compact, feed and/or screen a variety of material needed in the manufacturing process. Normal applications are vibratory feeders, vibro separators, screens, bins and silo mounts, vibratory tables, etc. The rotary vibrator operates on standard supply voltage and frequency. This is available in totally enclosed, surface cooled housings. Various enclosures such as IP 44, 55 also provided along with different class of insulations depending upon the use. The vibrating frequency depends on the revolutions of the rotary units. Various models are available giving a wide choice of centrifugal force, frequency of vibrations, mounting position, insulation; enclosure, etc. This is a low noise, low maintenance unit having the facility to adjust the centrifugal force within a limit. An infinite variation is achieved by use of an AC drive (inverter).
