A new series of Rotary Vibrator meet the requirements of various industries where material handling plays a major role. This vibrator helps to empty, ventilate, dose, remove dust, dehydrate, convey, loosen, mix, test, clean, screen, classify, compact, distribute, and feed. The rotary vibrator is a totally enclosed, surface cooled unit operating on 400/440 V, 3-phase, 50 cycles, AC supply. The vibrating frequency depends on the revolutions of the rotary unit. Various models are available giving a wide choice of centrifugal force, frequency of vibration, mounting position, and insulation.
This is ideally suited for use in industries such as mining, fertilizers, power stations, foundries, chemical, pharmaceutical, and foodstuffs. The vibrator is suitable for mounting on construction machines, bin and storage silo plants, dehydration screens, vibrating feeders and tables, conveyors, moulds, surface finishing machines, and crushers.
Sturdy construction; heavy duty bearings for long, trouble-free service; low noise as compared to electromagnetic vibrators; centrifugal force is adjusted infinitely from zero to maximum; amplitude of vibration is controlled; and low maintenance due to the absence of belts, pulleys, chains, and sprockets.
