Pneumatic Turbine Vibrators

Electro Magnetic Industries offers Pneumatic Turbine Vibrators.

The vibration is generated by eccentrically positioned weights in a turbine, and by drillings on the opposite side. A high degree of efficiency is attained by an eccentric mounting of the turbine.
Easily exchangeable, closed bearings in a special, permanently lubricated version for high speeds make the application possible when using unlubricated air.
The aluminium housing and alu- minium cover are hard-coated, physiologically unobjectionable and resistant to most aggressive environmental influences.
A 2/2-way valve and a filter are necessary for operation.
The frequency can be infinitely varied by regulating the air supply.
The maximum permissible ambient temperature is 120Â°C.
The vibrators can be delivered in stainless steel upon request.
