Pneumatic Ball Vibrators

Electro Magnetic Industries offers Pneumatic Ball Vibrators. The vibration is created by the centrifugal force of a steel ball, which runs on hardened and polished metal races. The frequency may be regulated by adjusting the inlet pressure. Variable sizes allow the adaptation of the range of frequency and the desired centrifugal force to the different cases of use. A silencer is fitted to the air exhaust. If the air is to be piped away, the silencer is replaced by a hose liner with a hose rotating. For operation, a 2/2 way valve and filtered air are necessary. The maximal permissible temperature is 200°C. Higher temperatures are possible upon request.
