Electro Magnetic Industries offers Netter Turbo Vibrator. The only movable parts of the turbo vibrators are the sliding vane and - depending upon type chosen - one or two rotors. Compressed air of 5-7 bars steered by the sliding vane drives the rotor or the rotors. These turn eccentric around the shaft - without bearings. Even during continuous operation, essential wear is not evident; thus, maintenance is of minimum concern. The frequency of the vibration and the centrifugal force can be continuously regulated during operation by the compressed air supply.
The pneumatic external vibrators series NQT, NVG, NVR and NVT are especially suitable for compacting, conveying and loosening bulk material. They are used to compact concrete, empty bins and as drives for conveyors, sieves and vibrating tables. A special feature is the ruggedness against strong varying loads. There is no danger of overload.
