Electro Zavod (India) is one of India's leading manufacturers of specialised equipment for bulk material handling plants. JOST GmbH, set up in 1920 in the heart of Europe’s mineral and mining belt, Germany’s Ruhr valley, is a pioneer in separation technology and has supplied a large number of screens all over the world. They are an MNC with operations in North America, Australia and Africa and Electro Zavod is their first and only licensee in Asia. JOST’s core competency in vibration technology for more than 80 years, and their continuous R&D work equips Electro Zavod to design an optimum combination of vibrating drive and machine. EZ offers linear motion mechanical vibrators for heavy-duty applications, for large capacities (up to 4000 TPH) and large sizes (up to 1500 mm). The unbalance force is produced by means of vibrating oscillators. A universal cardan shaft connects the drive motor to the oscillator. The vibrating force can be adjusted by counter weights. Specifications: type – counter-rotating double shaft operated by an electric motor; frequencies – from 750 to 3000 vibration/min; and vibrating force – from 3000 kg to 60000 kg.
