Gyroscreen

JVC Separation Engineers manufactures 'Gyroscreen' - a circular vibrating screen, which gives high throughput and precise grading of material. Gyroscreen imparts a three-plane motion, viz., horizontal, vertical and circular, to the sieves fixed in it, which is generated by a specially designed double eccentric unbalanced vertically mounted motor. Gyroscreens can be used as single deck and multi deck as per the desired number of grades to be separated from the product. Specially designed reusable mesh frames give optimum screen tension to the sieve, which increases the throughput and mesh life. A single deck gyroscreen can be upgraded to multi deck for the same model.
