Gyro screen (vibro screen)

Premium Group has developed gyro screen (vibro screen). The decks are totally die made which results in better accuracy of decks. The variation in diameter is of the order of + 0.5 mm to 0.5 mm. The decks are perfectly circular in shape. The decks are made of heavy gauge. The discharge of each deck is in line with the surface of screen leading to no oversize left on the surface. The decks are suitable for wet application also leaving no room for leakage. The base of the equipment is machined for better finish and enabling even the lower deck to be clamped to the base rather than being bolted. The clamps are die made resulting in smooth finish and repeat accuracy. The screen are available in two versions, one is with light duty frame (conventional adhesive type) and second one is technically much improved, heavy and with self locking system. The first one is light in weight and is adhesive based. It needs external fixture for fitment of wire mesh. The heavy self lock version has all upper edge of having the minimum wear rate as compared to the standard in terms of sagging of the wire mesh. Also, this has the additional benefit of inbuilt screen fitting arrangement. The machine has GMP grade finish. Salient features of vibratory motor of gyro screen: motor is made of heavy steel cast body, motor has heavy shaft (almost double then conventional motor), motor is fitted with roller bearing, silicon steel stampings used in rotor for cool operation and insulation is of superior grade in the windings.
