Air Vibrators (Piston Type)

San Air Tools offers two models of pneumatically operated vibrators, with piston diameter of 25 mm and 32 mm. These vibrators are continuous duty type, with low noise, protected against dirt intake and are easy to mount. The application areas are chemical, pharmaceutical, foods, mining and electronics. These could be attached to hoppers, bins, feeders, conveyors, screens, chutes, flow pipes and packing tables to boost material flow. The 25 mm piston vibrator (Model SV-25) weighs 1.4 kg and develops 3,800 to 4,500 vibrations/min at 6 kg/cm2 air pressure. The 32 mm dia piston vibrator (Model SV-32) weighs 3.3 kg and develops 3,800 to 4,500 vibrations/min at 6 kg/cM2 air pressure and consumes approximately 4 CFM of air.
