Surface Polishing Machine

Aditya Machine Tools Co offers a Surface Polishing Machine for roll polishing. The company possesses long and outstanding experience in producing special purpose machines (SPMs) and high precision grinding machines. The new surface polishing machine developed by the company comes with twin polishing heads with different abrasives to get the required finish. The machine bed is made of one-piece welded bed, with ribbed structure design and high quality internal stress removal treatment is done to ensure high static, dynamic rigidity and prolonged accuracy. The bed is finished with PU coated paints. The machine is equipped with two polishing heads. The cylinder support arrangement is by two separate tailstocks driven by AC frequency variable drive induction motor. Hollow cylinders are held in working position by tempered bushes. Brief technical data: maximum diameter – 325 mm; maximum length – 1400 mm; cylinder rotation (variable) – 150 to 600 RPM (by AC frequency drive system); and polishing head rotation speed – 400 and 630 RPM.
